Guarantee #1

We will solve your heating and air conditioning problems to your satisfaction and the system will perform as described, or your money back.  If we can not fix your problems to your satisfaction, within the first year of installation, CerProTech will remove the system and everything we installed and will refund your entire original purchase price.

 Guarantee #2

We warrantee the installation of the system for 10 years from time of original installation.  If any ductwork, ductwork transitions, thermostat wiring, circuit breakers, or electrical conduits are damaged or come undone due to bad workmanship or material failure, CerProTech will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you.  Problems/failures due to lack of maintenance, abuse, neglect, and acts of God or animal damage are not covered.

We offer our 5 year no-lemon pledge guarantee for any system installation that we perform, if you have a continuous, up to date, uninterrupted Gold or Platinum Service Plan membership, starting within 18 months of installation.  If the compressor or heat exchanger should fail within the first five years of service from the original installation date, CerProTech will replace the entire Condensing Unit (if split system compressor), entire furnace (if heat exchanger) or entire Package Unit (if compressor or heat exchanger), at no cost to you (the original home owner).  Problems/failures due to lack of maintenance, abuse, neglect, lack of air filter changes, not notifying CerProTech of when problems start, and acts of God or animal damage are not covered.
